2. Product Quality & Compliance

  • All our dental instruments and tools are manufactured using high-quality stainless steel and other industry-approved materials.
  • We ensure compliance with international quality standards and certifications.
  • Product specifications, descriptions, and images on our website or catalog are for reference only and may be subject to minor variations.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be placed in writing via email or official purchase order.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on material costs and market conditions.
  • Payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment terms. We accept bank transfers, letters of credit (L/C), and other approved payment methods.
  • Orders will only be processed once the payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and shipping method.
  • DNF Trading is not responsible for customs clearance delays, import duties, or taxes imposed by the buyer’s country.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Warranty

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.
  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and must be unused and in original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for customized products unless there is a defect caused during manufacturing.
  • Warranty claims are valid for 6–12 months, depending on the product, covering manufacturing defects but not wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.

6. Custom Orders & Branding

  • We accept customized orders including private labeling, branding, and OEM services.
  • The buyer must provide clear specifications, logos, and designs.
  • DNF Trading is not responsible for any trademark or copyright disputes regarding custom branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DNF Trading is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the misuse or improper handling of our dental instruments.
  • Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products, as per our return policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, product designs, and branding used by DNF Trading are protected intellectual property. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Customer data, including order details, company information, and personal details, will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
